Established 1984
Waterbend is a 154 unit condominium association inside Jonathan’s Landing, located in Jupiter, Florida. It is one of 27 villages within Jonathan’s Landing, a 600+ acre development with 125 acres of waterways and lakes. Jonathan’s Landing also boasts of having over one mile of Intracoastal Waterway frontage.
Although club membership is not a requirement for Waterbend homeowners, the Jonathan’s Landing Golf Club offers many different levels of membership. The Club offers 54 holes of golf, tennis courts, a fitness center and two clubhouses.
Condo Living at Waterbend
Waterbend provides a comfortable, relaxed and friendly atmosphere. We have a yearly social calendar for all, usually with a get‐together every month, and we have Aquasize at the pool from 10am‐11am, on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday, weather permitting. There is also often a casual gathering of Mahjong players at the pool on a weekly basis.
Waterbend Amenities
Each unit has its own garage, golf cart shed, outdoor parking space, and porch overlooking lake, golf course or garden area. Water and sewer service is included in the Waterbend quarterly assessment while basic cable is included in the JL POA quarterly assessment. We are conveniently located near restaurants, entertainment, shopping, and the beach.
